Key Responsibilities:-
- Bar Stock taking and producing analysed reports.
- Preparing daily food Cost Reports.
- Invoices Control.
- Revenue Control.
- Function / Events Control.
Minimum Qualifications:-
· A recognized professional qualification in F&B operations.
· Computer literate
· Sun systems working experience.
· Materials Control experience will be an added advantage.
